Client portal + admin control for subscriptions, pets, and cleanups.
Overview
A full operations system for a pet-care business: clients manage pets, yards, subscriptions, invoices, and cleanups, while owners run a private admin panel — connected into an existing Webflow marketing site.
Problem
The business needed more than a brochure site. Day-to-day work around pets, subscriptions, invoices, and service cleanups was scattered, and the owner lacked a single admin surface tied to the public brand site.
Solution
Delivered a client portal and admin dashboard with authentication for both roles, a relational data model around the real business entities, and milestone-based shipping from foundation through admin, launch hardening, and post-launch cleanup.
Architecture
Next.js/React client and admin UIs talking to custom APIs on a PostgreSQL-style relational schema. Webflow handles marketing/login handoff into the custom app for operations.
