Novel Tavern — Read & Listen Platform

Overview

A live reading and listening platform for novels and audiobooks. Work focused on restoring search, stabilizing object-storage media URLs, and keeping public browse/read/listen flows reliable for real readers.

Problem

The product had broken search, fragile object-storage URLs, and readers needed a working public path for free online reading and listening across catalogs.

Solution

Restored search and browse across novels and chapters, made media URL handling configurable, and strengthened admin surfaces for novels, chapters, featured titles, and analytics through iterative deliveries on the React + Supabase stack.

Architecture

React + TypeScript + Vite frontend with Redux Toolkit state. Supabase for backend data and storage. Admin tools for content and featured catalogs on the same stack.

2. 02 Browse recommended, newest, updates, and completed titles
